1. Stop taking Rajma (red kidney gram) in any form.
2. Stop taking Urad dal ( black gram ) in any form.
3. Stop taking rice in any form.
4. Take ginger, methi seeds, garlic and Ajwain as described below:
Cut about one gram of ginger to small pieces so that it can be swallowed easily by plain water.
Take 5 seeds of methi.
Take 2 clove of galic and cut it to small pieces.
Take half small spoon of Ajwain.
Swallow this one by one by plenty of plain water in early morning before breakfast.
Repeat for only for 7 days.
Continue for another 15 days by
taking it after dinner.

Ars Iod 200 ( liquid )
Dissolve one drop in a glass of water. Drink only ¼ of that water as one dose. Repeat for 7 days. That is, you will be taking 7 doses for 7 days.
Ruta 200 ( liquid )
Dissolve 4 drops in a glass of water. Drink only ¼ of that water. Repeat 4 times a day for 7 days. That is, you will be taking 28 doses for 7 days.
Arnica 30 ( liquid )
Dissolve 4 drops in a glass of water. Drink only ¼ of that water. Repeat 4 times a day for 7 days. That is, you will be taking 28 doses for 7 days.
Note: don't eat any thing for half hour before and after these medicines.

People with gallstones should consult a doctor before taking ginger. Make sure to tell your doctor if you are taking ginger and will be going to surgery or placed under anesthesia for any reason.
